Software engineer and independent researcher working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data engineering, and the philosophy of mind. My technical work lives in cloud architectures, data pipelines, and AI evaluation — the work of making systems that process, classify, and reason. My research lives in the harder questions: what we can know with certainty, how moral values survive skepticism, and whether the word "intelligence" is precise enough to be useful at all. I think we already understand many forms of what we call AI but lack the language to say so clearly. A chess engine that surpasses every human player is already a form of intelligence — we understand it mathematically but struggle to say what it is. We will not understand general intelligence until we understand consciousness. That problem is still open. Huginn is where I build. Muninn is where I think. Both are the same thing.
